Why this homepage

To inspire and push people to live a wounderful life.

Little about the author In 2009 I had an operation, a so-called gastric bypass. Which includes removing part of the stomach so that you won’t be able to eat as much. So I went from a weight of 152kg (335 pounds) to 69kg (152 pounds) in about six months, which is around SEK 3.4 (7.4 pounds) a week. This went rather quickly and I had some problems. So I ended up in the hospital a few times due to my body not absorbing certain vitamins and minerals.

After a few years things got a lot better and I haven’t had as many problems, but I still have some weird things going on for me. I can’t eat that much sugar, then I get sick and feel sick. I’m not as persistent anymore, which mostly has to do with the fact that you have to eat very often as you can’t eat that much.

But I don’t regret anything, but I know what I might have done differently today. That’s why I started writing these articles. Because I am convinced today that I could have done this if I had only had a little better information and taken certain warning signs more seriously. Ex, such as sleep, simple exercise, portion size and eating more often.

So I hope that those who read my articles will take them to heart and perhaps be inspired to do what I did without having to end up on the operating table.
